Evie Louise, Got The Boot and Need A Zac were quick to begin. Got The Boot and Taylor Taylor collided soon after the start. Taylor Taylor was checked off Ra Ra Senor on the first turn. Taylor Taylor faltered in the back straight and lost ground. Misty's Boy and Miss Coffee collided on the first turn. Ra Ra Senor and Need A Zac collided on the first turn.
Taylor Taylor was vetted following the event and after being re-vetted following event 5, it was reported that there was no injury apparent.
Stewards spoke to Mrs. S. Trim the trainer of the greyhound Taylor Taylor. Stewards deemed the performance of Taylor Taylor unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71 Stewards directed that Taylor Taylor must perform a satisfactory trial all tracks before any future nomination will be accepted.
