Barroom Counsel and Magenta Gold collided soon after the start, checking Barroom Counsel. Monaleen Mojo and Barroom Counsel collided on the first turn. Moonlit Wings and Inequity collided on the second turn. Monaleen Mojo lost ground and tailed off in the front straight. Chase's Chance and Moonlit Wings collided on the third turn, checking Chase's Chance. Back On Lava and Very Choosy collided on the fourth turn. Moonlit Wings and Magenta Gold collided on the home turn, checking Magenta Gold.
