Kyante was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an abrasion to the left hind paw and a laceration to the right hind paw, no stand down period was imposed. 

Cosmic Don  was a late scratching at 1.15pm on the advice of the Club’s Veterinary Surgeon due to a right hamstring injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards issued a warning to Ms. A. Langton the trainer of Just Add Colour regarding the greyhound’s racing manners on the second turn.
