Dark Tyde and White Ambush collided soon after the start. Greysynd Hitman and Mitchell's Lane collided soon after the start. Chapta Lee failed to pursue the lure with due commitment soon after the start checking Mitchell's Lane. Ima Ruby and Destini Drummer collided soon after the start severely checking Destini Drummer. Ima Ruby and White Ambush collided on the first turn. Dark Tyde clipped the heels of Chapta Lee on the first turn checking Dark Tyde. Dark Tyde, Pyranees Inferno and Greysynd Hitman collided approaching the home turn checking Pyranees Inferno and Greysynd Hitman.

Destini Drummer was vetted and re-vetted following the race 4. It was reported that the greyound sustained in juries to the left and right monkey muscles, left flexor tendon and right groin. A stand down period of 10 days was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Ms. B. Berry, the trainer of the greyhound Chapta Lee regarding the greyhounds racing manners soon after the start. Chapta Lee was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left monkey muscle, both calf muscles and the right groin muscle, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.  Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged Chapta Lee with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Ms. Berry pleaded guilty to the charge, Chapta Lee was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a),  before any future nomination will be accepted.
