Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Bee Rose.
Emi's Boy Murph and Tooka Half were quick to begin. Bruree Chief was slow to begin.
Bee Rose checked off Emi's Boy Murph soon after the start. Buckle Up Jem checked off Cash Ownley soon after the start checking Buckle Up Jem and Burnsy's Sam. Queen Dunroaming and Emi's Boy Murph collided approaching the first turn. Bruree Chief and Queen Dunroaming collided on the first turn. Bee Rose galloped on Queen Dunroaming on the first turn. Cash Ownley and Emi's Boy Murph collided approaching the home turn and again entering the home straight.
Stewards spoke to Mr E. Dollery the trainer regarding his difficulty in boxing the greyhound Bruree Chief. Stewards directed that Bruree Chief be boxed first in future events.
MEETING COMMENTS:
Satisfactory Weight Trial (Solo) - Tiger Ty Bob trialled over the 311mtrs from box 8, weight 31.5kgs. Stewards also spoke to Mr N. Parsons, the representative of Tiger Ty Bob regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced. Tiger Ty Bob last raced on 25th April 2017. Mr Parsons stated that the greyhound was returning from a spell for new trainer and kennels. The time of the trial was 18.72, Tiger Ty Bob was Not Cleared.
