A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Dyna Eroll, a post-race sample was subsequently taken.
My Bro Regis was quick to begin. Dyna Eroll was slow to begin. Saint David, Apache Bro, Dyna Eroll, Like A Rocket, Zipping Danii and Puppet You Rippa collided soon after the start, checking Puppet You Rippa, Like A Rocket, Apache Bro and Dyna Eroll. Apache Bro and Dyna Eroll collided several times approaching the first turn, checking both greyhounds. Apache Bro checked off Dyna Eroll on the first turn. Saint David and Rippa Regis collided approaching the home turn, checking Rippa Regis. Puppet You Rippa raced wide on the home turn and in the home straight. Zipping Danii checked off Like A Rocket entering the home straight and collided with Rippa Regis, checking Zipping Danii and Rippa Regis. Rippa Regis checked off Zipping Danii in the home straight.
Apache Bro was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
