Two Triple Six was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the spine, right deltoid muscle and right trapezius muscle, a 21 day stand down period was imposed. 

Stewards spoke to Mr. M. Cartechini, the trainer of the greyhound Almani Inferno regarding the greyhounds racing manners soon after the start. Almani Inferno was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the toe on the right hind foot and right deltoid muscle, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.  Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged Almani Inferno with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr. Cartechini pleaded guilty to the charge, Almani Inferno was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a),  before any future nomination will be accepted.

Destini Galaxy, Blue Pepper and Dr. Noely were slow to begin. Blue Pepper faltered approaching the first turn and tailed off. Dr. Noely checked off Especial Shiraz on the second turn. Renew and Porscha's Girl collided in the back straight, checking Porscha's Girl. Why That and Renew collided approaching the third turn. Destini Galaxy and Porscha's Girl collided on the third turn.
