Dyna Zad was slow to begin. Lylah's Way, Feikuai George and Mia Brae collided soon after the start. Smashing Serena, Mia Brae and Too The Nail collided on the first turn, checking Too The Nail. Lylah's Way and Radish collided on the first turn, checking Lylah's Way. Smashing Serena and Lylah's Way collided entering the home straight. Feikuai George and Calendar Boy collided approaching the winning post, Feikuai George became unbalanced as a result.
Feikuai George was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Stewards spoke to the owner of Feikuai George, Mr. Alan Steele regarding the greyhounds racing manner in the home straight. After hearing Mr. Steele's submission, viewing the lateral and head on vision and acting on their own observations, Stewards took no further action.
