Kalani Willow and Gunai Nitro collided approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds. Scorching Fella crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Crackerjack Nath and Two Dollar Pots and causing Crackerjack Nath to race wide checking Kalani Willow and Gunai Nitro as a result. Two Dollar Pots and Mallee Springs collided on the third turn checking Mallee Spring. Scorching Fella raced wide entering the home straight checking Eyes On You.
