Steward's Report
Eftpos Jess was quick to begin. Badelaide Road was very slow to begin (4L).
Beckio Fozzio and Annie Bell collided soon after the start. Badelaide Road galloped on the heels of Beckio Fozzio approaching the first turn, checking both greyhounds. Little Nova and Later Skaters collided approaching the home turn, checking Later Skaters. Beckio Fozzio raced wide on the home turn and in the home straight.
Beckio Fozzio was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left long head triceps (monkey) and both deltoid muscles. A ten-day stand down period was imposed.
A sample was taken from Eftpos Jess, the winner of the event.
