Kadalex Kid was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the right deltoid, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards spoke to Mr J. Nibbs, Trainer of Kadalex Kid.  Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged Kadalex Kid with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr Nibbs pleaded guilty to the charge, Kadalex Kid was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.

Mrs J. Greenough,Trainer of Eminent Reality declared a new weight of 35.3kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Eminent Reality last raced at 36.5kg.

Eminent Reality was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained muscle soreness to the both monkey muscles and both saddle muscles, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Ha Ha Gotcha was slow to begin.  Diamond Vee crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Game Face.  In Dee Genes and Warbo collided approaching the first turn.  Game Face and Warbo collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Diamond Vee and In Dee Genes collided approaching the second turn checking In Dee Genes.  Stevron Autos checked off In Dee Genes in the back straight.  Ha Ha Gotcha checked off Stevron Autos in the back straight.  Stevron Autos checked off Game Face approaching the third turn.

Stewards spoke to Mrs B. Ennis Trainer of Timtams For Bams regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Timtam For Bams last raced on1 April, 2017.  Mrs Ennis advised that the greyhound had been on season.
