Diamond Cartel and Frosty Paradise were slow to begin.  Falcon Heavy and Galloping Occy collided soon after the start.  Miss Monster, Pedda Pal, Frosty Paradise and Run Like Jess collided on the first turn checking Pedda Pal and Miss Monster.  Falcon Heavy and Pedda Pal collided approaching the home turn.  Diamond Cartel and Pedda Pal collided on the home turn.

Crystal Kiss was quick to begin.  Gotham Princess and True Alpha collided approaching the first turn checking True Alpha.  Leo Rose, Crystal Kiss and Panda Rose collided on the first turn checking Crystal Kiss, Panda Rose and Play Win.  Madalia Daisy and True Alpha collided on the first turn.

Rollo Ragnar was quick to begin.  Madalia Mick and Red On Black were slow to begin.  Rynell Bale was very slow to begin (3 lengths).  Here Runs Emilia, Madalia Mick and Red On Black collided soon after the start checking Madalia Mick.  Madalia Mick raced wide on the first turn and the home turn.  Parzival and Rollo Ragnar collided enteirng the home straight.  Rollo Ragnar and Boombox Robbie collided approaching the winning post.

Larkhill West was slow to begin.  Loco Queen, Akina Moss and Dundee Ace collided soon after the start checking Akina Moss and Dundee Ace.  Ohana Sparkles, Dundee Ace and Akina Moss collided approaching the first turn checking Akina Moss which lost considerable ground.  Dodge Coupe and Ohana Sparkles collided on the first turn severely checking Ohana Sparkles.

Akina Moss underwent a post race veterinary examination and no apparent injury was reported.

Mindil Beach and Cosmic Vigilante were slow to begin.  Frankie Fever and Scorching Ember collided on the first turn checking Frankie Fever.  Akina Archer was checked off Dundee Glitter on the first turn checking Frankie Fever and severely checking Tristian Rose and Cosmic Vigilante, both greyhounds fell as a result.  Mindil Beach and Scorching Ember raced wide in the home straight.

Cosmic Vigilante underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have bruising over the right shoulder.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Tristian Rose underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have a fractured left radius /ulna and was humanely euthanased.

All races were put back one race due to the On Track Veterinarian attending to an injured greyhound.

A sample was taken from It's A Drama at the trainer's kennels earlier today.

A sample was unable to be obtained from Macy Lee upon arrival on course and pre-race, a post race sample was subsequently taken.

Major Minter and Akina Harley were slow to begin.  Croucher, Big Artie Banner and Akina Harley collided approaching the first turn checking Akina Harley.  Major Minter, It's A Drama, Big Artie Banner and Buddy Goes Bang collided on the first turn checking Buddy Goes Bang and severely checking Major Minter and Big Artie Banner.

Big Artie Banner underwent a post race examination and was found to have a minor spike wounds to the left hock and right hind foot.  No stand down period was imposed.

Trainer Mr. B. Alford was issued a warning pursuant to GAR 86(q) for engaging in conduct detrimental to the image and control of greyhound racing for the manner in which he spoke to Steward Mrs H. Harvey prior to race 8 and Mrs. B. Mason following the event. In arriving at penalty Stewards took into account Mr Alford's remorse and clean record in relation to this rule.

Crazy Happy was quick to begin.  Nicholas Rose, Banjo Plato and Causing Drama were slow to begin.  Banjo Plato and Causing Drama collided soon after the start.  Lady Gotham and Ultimate Poison collided soon after the start.  Lady Gotham and Nicholas Rose collided approaching the first turn checking Lady Gotham.  Ultimate Poison and Causing Drama collided on the first turn checking Causing Drama.  Velocity Sunrise was checked off Nicholas Rose on the first turn.  Nicholas Rose raced wide on the home turn.

Rock Me Xanthe underwent a post race veterinary examination following an incident in the catching pen and was found to have cramped.  A 3 day stand down period was imposed.
