Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mrs J McDowall, the trainer of Mepunga Joffa, regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Mepunga Joffa last raced on 28 December 2016. Mrs McDowall stated that the greyhound was resuming racing following a fracture to the right hock.
Rumble Drive and Teflon Travis were slow to begin. Zelemar Zest and Stolen collided soon after the start. Rumble Drive and Zelemar Zest collided on the first turn, checking Zelemar Zest.
Samples were taken from the placegetters - Aston Harpo (1st) and Destini Supreme (2nd).
