Halloweenie was slow to begin. Flying Away was very slow to begin (4L).
Halloweenie and Cheeky Cindy collided soon after the start, checking Halloweenie. Cheeky Cindy, Boydy and Vienna Gypsy collided approaching the first turn, checking Boydy. Halloweenie raced wide on the first turn.
