Harry's Hunni checked off Bruce Mae entering the back straight, severely checking Harry's Hunni which stumbled and lost considerable ground. Harry's Hunni tailed off as a result.  Blackhawk Dee checked off Rapid Mission approaching the home turn.

Harry's Hunni was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Duty Sheet was slow to begin. Flash Deeds, Little Bit Shiny and Star Douglas collided on the first turn checking Flash Deeds and Little Bit Shiny. Duty Sheet checked off Black Legend on the first turn.  Jam Lady and Flash Deeds collided on the home turn. Little Bit Shiny and Black Legend collided on the home turn checking Little Bit Shiny. Duty Sheet raced wide on the home turn. Jam Lady and Star Douglas collided approaching the winning post checking both greyhounds.

Dynamite Zara was a late scratching at 10:40am Stewards Non-penalty due to a mechanical breakdown. No stand down period was imposed.

Chubba Chops and Spot Of Magic collided approaching the first turn . Elusive Linda and Wise Harry collided on the first turn checking Wise Harry. Total Hazard and Spot Of Magic collided entering the home straight checking Spot Of Magic. Elusive Linda and Jack's Pick collided in the home straight causing Jack's Pick to stumbled and lose ground. Wise Harry and Chubba Chops raced wide in the home straight.

Stewards spoke to Mr J Higgins, the trainer of Little Ginny regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Little Ginny last raced on 31st December, 2016.  Mr Higgins stated that Little Ginny was new to the kennel.. Mr J Higgins also declared a new weight of 29.4 kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Little Ginny last raced at 31.4 kgs.

Stewards spoke to Mr S Daniliuk, trainer of Cosmea regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the home straight.  After viewing the head on footage, acting on their own observations and after taking evidence from Mr Daniliuk, Stewards took no further action.

Mr K Cook, representative of Son of Steve declared a new weight of 29.6 kg's for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Son of Steve last raced at 31.1 kg's.

Alexanderia was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right biceps and sartorius, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Satisfactory Trial Results - Luck's Run Out trialled over the 390m from box 1, weight 30.7kg, the greyhound was placed 1st in a field of 4. The time of the trial was22.14 the greyhound won by a margin of 12 L. Luck's Run Out was cleared.
