A pre race sample was taken from Showtime Mystery.
We Wish was slow to begin. Pop Do It crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Hercules Bale, Emi''s Boy Murph and Happy Hudson. Emi's Boy Murph, Happy Hudson and Rodman collided approaching the first turn checking Rodman and Happy Hudson. Emi's Boy Murph and Hercules Bale collided in the home straight.
Rodman was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained bruising to the left metatarsal, no stand down period was imposed.
