A pre-race sample was taken from Limburg Dan upon arrival at the course, prior to kennelling.

Shez Sublime was quick to begin. Fabriola Allen and Limburg Dan were slow to begin.
Gregorovitch and Oronsay collided on the first turn and again on the second turn checking Oronsay, Don't Kid Me and severely checking Fabriola Allen which checked Undeniably. Limburg Dan checked off Don't kid me on the third turn. Gregorovitch failed to pursue the lure in the home straight.
Undeniably was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained right pencil muscle soreness, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to Mrs L. Cockerall, the handler of the greyhound Gregorovitch regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the home straight. Gregorovitch was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left and right deltoids, a 7 day stand down period was imposed. Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged Gregorovitch with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mrs Cockerall pleaded guilty to the charge, Gregorovitch was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.
