Princess Pout and Call Me gee were slow to begin.
Maja Mahi Mahi and Striker Light collided on the first turn checking Striker Light and Flyrite. Flyrite and Princess Pout collided on the second turn checking Flyrite. Call Me Gee faltered in the back straight and lost ground. Dash Of Rose and Princess Pout collided approaching the home turn checking Dash Of Rose, Princess Pout and Flyrite. Dash Of Rose and Princess Pout collided entering the home straight.
Call Me Gee was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right back muscle injury, a 28 day stand down period was imposed.
