Lireva and Ripsaw Ronny were slow to begin.
Dyna Hinkley and Guns Ablazing collided approaching the first turn.
Ripsaw Ronny and Kraken Ridge collided approaching the first turn.
Lireva checked off the heels of Like Her Mum on the first turn colliding with Ripsaw Ronny, Lireva and Manhattan Mandy in turn severely checking Lireva and Manhattan Mandy.
Dyna Hinkley and Ripsaw Ronny collided approaching the winning post.

Satisfactory Trial Results (GAR 77A) - Stewards spoke to Mr Lachlan Scott, the trainer of State Of Oasis, regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced. State Of Oasis last raced on 25 September 2016. Mr Scott stated thatthe greyhound had changed kennels. Pursuant to GAR 77A, State Of Oasis trialled over the 390m from box three, weight 33.6kg, the greyhound was placed first in a field of four starters. The time of the trial was 22.22, the greyhound won by a margin of 3.5L. State Of Oasis was cleared.
Satisfactory Trial Results (GAR 77A) - Stewards spoke to Mr Peter Dundon, the trainer of Stetson Donna, regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced. Stetson Donna last raced on 14 December 2013. Mr Dundon stated that the greyhound had been whelping. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Stetson Donna trialled over the 390m from box two, weight 25.7kg, the greyhound was placed first in a field of four starters. The time of the trial was 23.40, the greyhound won by a margin of 4.25L. Stetson Donna was cleared.
