Maleune was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left hip and right forearm, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Kokoda Moon, Seeking Justice, Tricky Mover and Pagan Midnight were slow to begin.  Dr. Shiki, Ring The Bell and Hession Boots collided on the first turn checking Dr. Shiki, Ring The Bell, Hession Boots and Seeking Justice.  Pagan Midnight raced wide as a result.

Esparza and Luna Jinx collided soon after the start.  Chrichton Bale and Kilkee Flex collided on the first turn, severely checking Chrichton Bale.  Ryno's Raider and Kilkee Flex collided on the fifth turn.  Lioness Lulu and Esparza collided approaching the winning post.

Invictus Blu was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left achilles, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr T. Interligi, Trainer of Inter Lucy regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Inter Lucy last raced on 4 November 2015.  Mr Interligi stated that the greyhound is returning from being on season.

Sister Salzburg was slow to begin.  Inter Lucy and Simply Elite collided soon after the start checking Simply Elite and Sister Salzburg.  Sister Salzburg and Ima Misha Doll collided approaching the first turn.  Miss Kadia galloped on the heels of Ima Misha Doll on the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Sister Salzburg checked off Inter Lucy on the third turn.

Dodby Dede and Fuelish collided soon after the start.  Brylin and Shima Song collided approaching the first turn checking Dodgy Dede and Dream Ticket.  Brylin raced wide approaching the second turn causing Dream Ticket to gallop on the heels of Brylin checking both greyhounds as a result.  Black Illusion and American Monster collided on the second turn checking American Monster.  Fuelish and American Monster collided entering the back straight.  American Monster clipped the heels of Black Illusion on the home turn.  Brylin lost ground on the home turn.

American Monster was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to both deltoids, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
