Steward's Report
An Out of Competition Sample was taken from Scarlet Genie, engaged as a reserve in this event, on Friday, 8th of April, 2016 pursuant to GAR 79A.
Senni Bones was slow to begin. Boomer and Hillbilly Spunk collided soon after the start. Smashing Evie crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Hillbilly Spunk. Boomer, Hillbilly Spunk, Kansas City, Regal Hussler and Tally Ho Kate collided on the first turn checking Tally Ho Kate and severely checking Kansas City, Regal Hussler and Hillbilly Spunk; Hillbilly Spunk fell as a result.
Hillbilly Spunk was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a dislocated right wrist. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
