Chad's Nitro which was having it's third start in four days was vetted prior to the event. and was cleared to run.
Flashy Arrow and Can Can Hurrican were slow to begin. He's Buzzin', Fireball Fury and Truly Loyal collided on the first turn checking Fireball Fury, Truly Loyal, Pink Fox, Flashy Arrow and Can Can Hurrican.
Chad's Nitro which trailed the field throughout was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left triangle muscle, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.
