Steward's Report
Nat was a late scratching at 3.00pm due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Ms. P. Bailey was fined the sum of $100.
A pre-race sample was taken from Fiery Miss.
Captain Cranky was quick to begin. Cash Ownley was slow to begin. Latte Donny and Fiery Miss collided approaching the first turn checking Latte Donny. Latte Donny faltered and lost ground on the first turn.
Latte Donny was vetted following the event and re-vetted approximately 40 minutes later. It was reported that the greyhound had an elevated temperature and dehydration, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.
