Steward's Report
Alyssa Rose, Long Live Sid and Hurricane Sam were slow to begin. Evie Louise turned in the box and took no competitive part in the event. Alyssa Rose crossed to the outside on the first turn checking Queen Dunroaming. Six Heights was checked off Lollipop on the first turn. Hurricane Sam faltered on the first turn and tailed off.
Evie Louise was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no injury apparent.
Stewards established that Evie Louise turned in the boxes. Acting under GAR 52(1) Evie Louise was placed on a satisfactory trial all tracks.
Hurricane Sam was vetted following the event and re-vetted following event 5, it was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured right semimembranosus muscle and an abrasion to the left stopper pad, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.
