Supplementary Report - Race 4, Sandown 30th March, 2017:
Mr. M. Pirani, trainer of the greyound Three Scoops, presented the greyhound for vetting at today's meeting, after the handler failed to vet the greyhound at Sandown, on Thursday the 30th of March, 2017. Pursuant to GAR 42(2), Steward's issued a warning to the handler of Three Scoops, Mrs. C. Pirani, for leaving the course without Steward's permission.
A pre-race sample was taken from Wonder Doug upon arrival at the course, prior to kennelling.
Benny's Entity was quick to begin. Spring Ripper, Stilton Stitch and Chantilly Beauty were slow to begin. Spring Ripper and Stilton Stitch collided soon after the start, checking Spring Ripper. Wonder Doug and Okawa In Black collided soon after the start, checking Wonder Doug. Wonder Doug, Okawa In Black and Stilton Stitch collided on the first turn, checking Okawa In Black. Mumma's Meatloaf and Chantilly Beauty collided on the first turn, checking Chantilly Beauty. Spring Ripper and Chantilly Beauty collided entering the back straight, checking Mumma's Meatloaf and Chantilly Beauty. Brandeen Peaches galloped on Chantilly Beauty on the third turn. Okawa In Black and Spring Ripper collided entering the home straight, checking Okawa In Black, Spring Ripper and Wonder Doug.
