A pre race sample was taken from Fiery Miss.
Tango Princess and Kippy Girl were very slow to begin (3 lengths).
Kippy Girl stumbled soon after the start and lost ground as a result. Steely Sprite and Fiery Miss collided approaching the first turn checking Fiery Miss. Steely Sprite checked off French Affair on the first turn severely checking Sally's Cookie. Kippy Girl raced wide in the home straight.
Sally's Cookie was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained split webbing to the left foreleg. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
Kippy Girl was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury.
