Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr John Caulfield, the trainer of Yarrawalla Lad, regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Yarrawalla Lad last raced on 4 November 2016. Mr Caulfield stated that the greyhound had been spelled following a hamstring injury and being seasonal.
Brodie John was quick to begin.
Yarrawalla Lad and Sachi collided soon after the start, checking Sachi. Dr. Valhalla and Ruby Rads collided approaching the first turn. Yarrawalla Lad and Swiftly Swift collided approaching the first turn. Sachi and Golden Blaze collided approaching the first turn. Stoppa Bus and Yarrawalla Lad collided on the first turn. Golden Blaze, Dr. Valhalla and Ruby Rads collided on the first turn. Ruby Rads, Yarrawalla Lad and Stoppa Bus collided approaching the home turn. Dr. Valahalla and Ruby Rads collided approaching the home turn, checking Ruby Rads. Sachi, Yarrawalla Lad and Swiftly Swift collided on the home turn.
