This race was delayed by two minutes due to a discrepancy in race start time with SKY Channel.
Chezza was quick to begin.
Laurence Avenue and Jack Cherry were slow to begin. Fitz Tate and Chezza collided soon after the start. Fitz Tate, My Name's David and Fair Ride collided approaching the first turn, severely checking My Name's David which stumbled and lost ground. Fitz Tate, Fair Ride and Tiger Tees collided approaching the first turn, checking Fair Ride. Fair Ride and Tiger Tees collided on the first turn. Waleonjon and Jack Cherry collided on the home turn. Fitz Tate checked off Waleonjon approaching the first turn. Laurence Avenue and Jack Cherry collided entering the home straight, checking Laurence Avenue.
