Steward's Report
Optic Bray and Amari were slow to begin. Optic Bray checked off Rosie Bay on the first turn. Brazen Fool checked off Amari approaching the home turn, checking Rosie bay.
The judges inadvertently semaphored the numbers 7, 1, 6 and 2. This was rectified to the correct placings of 7,6,1 and 2 and the All Clear was given.
Satisfactory Trial Results (GAR 77A) - Stewards spoke to Ms. P. Bryant, the trainer of Carry On Rose regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced. Carry On Rose last raced on 6th May 2016. Ms. Primrose stated that the greyhound had been on season. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Carry On Rose trialled over the 390m from box one, weight 26.5kg, the greyhound was placed third in a field of four. The time of the trial was 22.53, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 2.5 lengths. Carry On Rose was Cleared.
