Black Ivory was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a fractured right metacarpal and was humanely euthanised. 

Zipline Marjen was quick to begin. Nidge and Why Not Mick were slow to begin. Go Little Pebble checked off Zipline Marjen soon after the start. Bagpipes Billy, Tron Ghan, Chicken Licken, Nidge and Diamond's Sing collided approaching the first turn, checking Nidge, Tron Ghan and severely checking Chicken Licken. Nidge and Why Not Mick collided on the first turn. Tron Ghan and Diamond's Sing collided approaching the home turn, checking Diamond's Sing. Chicken Licken and Diamond's Sing collided on the home turn. Zipline Marjen raced wide on the home turn.

Above All, Weblec Belle and He's So Good were quick to begin. Blazin' Bomber was slow to begin. Above All, Weblec Belle and He's So Good collided on the first turn. Above All, Money Come Back, Weblec Belle, He's So Good and Quarrel Bale collided entering the back straight, checking Quarrel Bale, severely checking Weblec Belle and Blazin' Bomber, Blazin' Bomber which fell as a result. Money Come Back and El Surrao collided on the third turn, causing El Surrao to fall.

El Surrao was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right shoulder injury, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Blazin' Bomber was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left wrist injury, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Unlawful Entry was slow to begin. Full On Bling and Midnight Ride collided soon after the start. Full On Bling and Sonic Pirate collided approaching the first turn, severely checking Full On Bling which stumbled and tailed off. Bare Bones checked off Over Limit on the first turn. Unlawful Entry crossed to the rail on the second turn. 

Full On Bling was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained minor grazes to the left fore, a 3 day stand down period was imposed.

Texas Titan, Emrys, Banjo Bewdy and Zipping Simmo were slow to begin. Lunar Eclipse checked off Ima Misha Doll approaching the first turn, severely checking Banjo Bewdy, Zipping Simmo, Emrys, Texas Titan and causing all four greyhounds to race wide. Banjo Bewdy checked off Zipping Simmo on the second turn, checking Texas Titan. Lunar Eclipse and Emrys collided entering the home straight.

King Size Shambi and Mepunga Armagh were slow to begin. Alexis Kelton stumbled soon after start. Rare Pearl raced wide approaching the home turn and on the home turn. Rare Pearl and King Size Shambi collided entering the home straight.

To The Galo's, Aeroplane Jack, Gardsman, Nifty Neveelk and Blue Revolver were slow to begin. To The Galo's and Aeroplane Jack collided soon after the start. Star Recall and Toshulan collided approaching the first turn, checking both greyhounds. Gardsman checked off Blue Revolver on the first turn. To The Galo's, Ibrox Digger and Blue Revolver collided on the first turn. Star Recall and Toshulan collided on the first turn, checking Toshulan. Star Recall checked off Gardsman on the second turn. Gardsman clipped the heels of Aeroplane Jack on the third turn. 

Toshulan was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Fleetwood Zac and One For Me collided approaching the first turn. Lawman galloped on the heels of One For Me on the first turn, checking One For Me, Lawman and Diegonator. Fleetwood Zac galloped on the heels of Dromore's Pearl on the second turn, checking both greyhounds. Fleetwood Zac and One For Me collided in the back straight. One For Me and Lisburn Gem collided approaching the home turn. Fleetwood Zac checked off Lawman approaching the home turn. Lawman galloped on the heels of One For Me on the home turn, checking both greyhounds. 

Enchanted Lass and Renee Boucheau were quick to begin. Cruiser's Sol and Crawf's Bread were slow to begin. Ruthless Stagger and Little Pookie collided approaching the first turn and again approaching the home turn, checking Ruthless Stagger, Little Pookie and Crawf's Bread. 

Wicked Willow, Ringo Dingo and Pep Cee Kola were slow to begin. Pep Cee Kola and Fight Song collided on the first turn. Tekki Lightning, Ima River Boy and Pep Cee Kola collided on the home turn.

Meeting Comments:

Satisfactory Trial Results (GAR 77A) - Stewards spoke to Mr T.Karasavidis, the trainer of Katcrisalli Kara regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced. Katcrisalli Kara last raced on 18 May, 2015. Mr Karasavidis stated that the greyhound had sustained a right calf injury. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Katcrisalli Kara trialled over the 311m from box 1, weight 27.8kg, the greyhound was placed 4th in a field of four starters. The time of the trial was 17.75, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 8.5 lengths. Katcrisalli Kara was cleared.

Satisfactory Trial Results – Avatar Jet trialled over the 311m from box 8, weight 31.0kg, the greyhound was placed 1st in a field of four starters. The time of the trial was 17.75, the greyhound won by a margin of 3.75 lengths. Avatar Jet was cleared.
