My Cousin Jim was slow to begin.
Brueghelino, Destroyer and Clovally Granite collided soon after the start. Trixta Rox and Destini Ricardo collided approaching the first turn. Angel Dash and Oronsay collided approaching the first turn. Angel Dash checked off Oronsay on the first turn, severely checking Trixta Rox and Destini Ricardo, and checking Clovally Granite. Destroyer and My Cousin Jim collided approaching the second turn, checking My Cousin Jim. Destini Ricardo and Clovally Granite collided approaching the home turn.
A sample was taken from Oronsay, the winner of the event. A sample was taken from Trixta Rox which performed below market expectations.
