Sisco Wander was quick to begin. Dr. Toretto, Don The Sash and Lorimer Lad were slow to begin and collided soon after the start. Massive Com checked off Lorimer Lad approaching the first turn. Sisco Wander and He Ain't Sweet collided approaching the first turn. He Ain't Sweet and Massive Com collided on the first turn checking He Ain't Sweet.
He Ain't Sweet was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Samples were taken from the first two placegetters in this event - Lorimer Lad (1st) and Kilty Express (2nd).
