Lektra Oscar and Sunny Breaks collided soon after the start. Lektra Blicavs, Tommy's Terror and Dyna Zeek collided soon after the start. Don's Licker and Good Odds Sammy collided soon after the start. Good Odds Sammy checked off Hisagi Bale on the first turn. Sunny Breaks, Don's Licker, Lektra Blicavs and Dyna Zeek collided on the first turn checking all greyhounds. Sunny Breaks and Lektra Blicavs collided approaching the home turn. Sunny Breaks checked off Lektra Blicavs on the home turn. Don's Licker checked off Dyna Zeek on the home turn. Dyna Zeek and Lektra Blicavs collided entering the home straight checking Sunny Breaks, Lektra Blicavs and Dyna Zeek.
Lektra Blicavs was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury.
Acting on Steward's observations it was established that Lektra Blicavs cramped over the concluding stages of the event. Stewards spoke to Mr. M. Gibbons, the representative of the greyhound Lektra Blicavs. Acting in accordance with GAR 71 (Cramp), Stewards directed that the greyhound must perform a Satisfactory Trial before any future nomination will be accepted.
