Boof's Banjo was slow to begin. Miss Flower and Why Not Becky collided soon after the start. Cowboy Brett, Miss Flower and Why Not Becky collided soon after the start. Magic Dance and Church Parade collided at the 250m mark. Cowboy Brett and Miss Flower collided at the 250m mark. Cool Al checked off Magic Dance at the 200m mark, severely checking both greyhounds. Stewards spoke to Ms. D White after the greyhound Magic Dance was placed in the incorrect kennel during the kennelling process. Ms. White was issued with a warning and reminded when kennelling she ensures greyhounds are kennelled in accordance with kennel procedure.
Stewards spoke to kennel attendant, Mr. M Stevens after the greyhound Magic Dance was placed in the incorrect kennel during the kennelling process. Mr. Stevens was issued with a warning and asked to ensure that all greyhounds are correctly kennelled in future. This matter was referred to the Club Manager for further consideration.
