Steward's Report
This meeting was deemed heat affected. The outside temperature was 33.2 degrees and the kennel temperature was 22.6 degrees at kennel closure.
Stewards spoke to Mr,G.Cowcher the trainer of Miss Flower regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Miss Flower last raced on 7th July, 2016. Mr Cowcher stated that the greyhound was returning to racing after being on season.
Bobby Bung Leg was quick to begin. Mahlo Blackbird, Road To Nhill and Tiger Rising were slow to begin and collided soon after the start. Road To Nhill and Mahlo Miracle collided at the 200m mark. Miss Flower and Bobby Bung Leg collided at the 150m mark.
