Dyna Krypto and Allen Zhara collided soon after the start and again approaching the first turn. Bopa Allen checked off Dilly Allen on the first turn checking Dyna Nerf and Night Fox. Dilly Allen, Dyna Krypto and Allen Zhara collided approaching the home turn severely checking Dilly Allen and Dyna Krypto. Night Fox and Dashi collided approaching the home turn checking Night Fox.

Cove Alight was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained grazes to the right metatarsals. No stand down period was imposed.

Ginger Speed was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a laceration to the left metatarsals, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Ima Lonely Girl raced wide in the home straight.

Bashir was quick to begin. Lulu Allen and Zipping Geoff collided soon after the start. Big Barking Bert and Impact Bale collided approaching the first turn checking Hard Merchandise and Impact Bale. Bashir and Big Barking Bert collided on the first turn, checking Lulu Allen and severely checking Bashir, Hard Merchandise and Impact Bale. Mr G. Dailly, trainer of Hisagi Bale declared a new weight of 33.0kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Hisagi Bale last raced at 31.7kg.

Mr M. Roberts, trainer of Riley Boy declared a new weight of 31.9kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Riley Boy last raced at 33.1kg.

Black Tikka and Blast Away were slow to begin. Fizzy Bale crossed to the rail soon after the start, checking Oscar and severely checking Victory Cruise. Coopnarcha, Blast Away and Hisagi Bale collided soon after the start. Black Tikka checked off Coopnarcha approaching the first turn and again on the first turn. Victory Cruise checked off Black Tikka on the first turn. Oscar and Coopnarcha collided approaching the home turn checking Coopnarcha. Riley Boy and Hisagi Bale collided entering the home straight. Victory Cruise and Black Tikka collided in the home straight. Hisagi Bale and Riley Boy collided approaching the winning post.

Stewards spoke to Mr. C Mazzonetto, represenative of the greyhound Fizzy Bale regarding the greyhound's improved performance. Mr. Mazzaneto stated that the greyhound is very inconsitant in her box manners and she crosses hard to the rail soon after the start. Today the greyhound was able to find the lead and cross to the rail without any interferance. Stewards noted Mr. Mazzaneto's explanation and directed that a sample be taken. 

Stewards spoke to Mr. M Roberts , trainer of the greyhound Riley Boy regarding the greyhound's improved performance. Mr. Roberts stated that he has had the greyhound for approximately 5 weeks and in that time he has taken over 2 kilograms off the greyhound. Stewards noted Mr. Roberts explanation and directed that a sample be taken.
