Stewards spoke to W. Innes, the trainer of Senni Socks regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Senni Socks last raced on 25th July 2015.  Mr. Innes stated that the greyhound is returning from a hip injury. 

Spare Parts, Senni Socks and Senni Ricky were slow to begin.  Dapto Man, Atlas Tinkabell and Urana Gold collided approaching the first turn checking Atlas Tinkabell.  Senni Bones, Charlie's Lady and Dapto Man collided on the first turn checking Charlie's Lady.  Charlie's Lady, Urana Gold, Spare Parts, Senni Rocks and Senni Ricky collided approaching the home turn severely checking Urana Gold.  Spare Parts checked off Senni Socks on the home turn.  Senni Rocks raced wide in the home straight.

Greysynd Turbo was slow to begin.  Ahlenny and Light Feathers collided soon after the start.  Sparkling Star, Eighteen Two and Greysynd Turbo collided approaching the first turn checking Eighteen Two which stumbled as a result.  Eighteen Two checked off Greysynd Turbo entering the back straight.  Ahlenny checked off Kinloch Kaiyo entering the home straight checking Greysynd Turbo.

Ms. T. Collins, trainer of Kinloch Stunna declared a new weight of 27.9kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Kinloch Stunna last raced at 26.4kgs.

In Dee Gang was slow to begin.  Violets For Suzy, Kinloch Stunna, Sweet Sambuca and Tally Ho Len collided soon after the start checking Violets For Suzy.  In Dee Gang and Highfield La La collided approaching the first turn checking In Dee Gang.  Tally Ho Len and Kinloch Stunna collided approaching the home turn checking Kinloch Stunna.  Highfield La La checked off Sweet Sambuca approaching the home turn checking Violets For Suzy.  Tally Ho Len and Kinloch Stunna collided entering the home straight.  Kinloch Stunna marred the running of Tally Ho Len in the home straight.

Trainer, Ms. T. Collins, trainer of Kinloch Stunna declined to have her greyhound vetted.

Stewards spoke to Ms. T. Collins, trainer of the greyhound Kinloch Stunna regarding the greyhound's racing manners in the home straight.  Acting under GAR 69(1) stewards charged Kinloch Stunna with marring.  Ms. Collins pleaded guilty to the charge.  Kinloch Stunna was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Ballarat and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will  be accepted.

Violets For Suzy was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to its left shoulder.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Flyin' Les Fergi was quick to begin.  Nikon Bale was slow to begin.  Baby Blitzen, Cosmic Don and Super Pablo collided soon after the start checking Super Pablo and Cosmic Don.  Super Pablo checked off All Bolts on the second turn checking Cosmic Don.  Flyin' Les Fergi checked off Destini Spark approaching the home turn.  Burst Of Magic and Destini Spark collided on the home turn checking both greyhounds.  Cosmic Don raced wide in the home straight.

Contemplate and Slipaway Simba were quick to begin.  Argyle Diamond, Oh Lele Peter and Barn A Shakin collided approaching the first turn checking Barn A Shakin.  Barn A Shakin and Hardy Chief collided on the first turn checking Hardy Chief.  Oh Lele Peter and Argyle Diamond collided on the first turn checking Argyle Diamond.

Midfield Maestro was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to its left thigh.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Lister Bale, Nork and Spreading Rumors collided approaching the first turn checking Spreading Rumors.  Hook Him In checked off Derby Ghost on the first turn.  Lily Black and Hook Him In collided in the back straight.  Lister Bale and Nork collided on the second turn.  Lily Black raced wide on the home turn and entering the home straight.

Ms. S. Bonaccurso, trainer of Run On Rosey declared a new weight of 28.5kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Run On Rosey last raced at 27.3kgs.

Zonda Bale, Run On Rosey and Cosmic Daicos were slow to begin.  Our Arandt and Hot Genetics collided approaching the first turn.  Saint Jane and Super Patricia collided on the first turn and several times approaching the home turn.  Our Arandt and Hot Genetics collided approaching the home turn.  Zonda Bale checked off Saint Jane approaching the home turn.  Cosmic Daicos raced wide on the home turn and again in the home straight.  Saint Jane and Super Patricia collided approaching the winning post.

Tally Ho Betty was slow to begin.  Miss Georgia May and Sweeping Strikes collided soon after the start.  Roll 'Em Dainty, Miss Georgia May and Sweeping Strikes collided approaching the first turn.  Sweeping Strikes, Bibbi and Whipstick Chloe collided on the first turn checking Bibbi and Ava Crowder.  Tally Ho Betty and Golden Blaze collided on the first turn.  Bibbi checked off Ava Crowder approaching the home turn.  Tally Ho Betty checked off Ava Crowder approaching the home turn.  Tally Ho Betty and Miss Georgia May collided approaching the home turn.  Tally Ho Betty and Golden Blaze collided approaching the home turn.  Roll 'Em Dainty checked off Ava Crowder in the home straight.

Southwood Lloyd was quick to begin.  Rodarte Quayle, Valentine Belle and Solar Rapid collided soon after the start checking Valentine Belle.  Solar Rapid and Chantilly Magic collided on the first turn checking Chantilly Magic, King Of Sunshine and Valentine Belle.  Rodarte Quayle, Solar Rapid and Court Gift collided approaching the home turn checking Solar Rapid.  Southwood Lloyd and Lektra Khan collided in the home straight checking Southwood Lloyd.

Solar Rapid was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained cramping in its right hip.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr. D. Gehan, the handler of the greyhound Solar Rapid.  Acting in accordance withh GAR 71 (Cramp), Stewards directed that the greyhound must perform a Satisfactory Trial  before any future nomination will be accepted.
