Concrete Level was slow to begin. Platinum Power, Adherent and Allen Simon collided approaching the first turn, checking Platinum Power. Parrot Is Loose and Weather Allen collided approaching the first turn. Platinum Power and Concrete Level collided on the home turn, checking both greyhounds. Parrot Is Loose raced wide in the home straight.
Parrot Is Loose was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained left foreleg wrist and neck injuries, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.
