Mimicking was quick to begin.  Echelon checked off Sachin Bale soon after the start.  Mimicking and Newfire Riley collided on the second turn and again in the front straight.  Major League and De Shi Von collided on the fifth turn.  Quo Vadis and Dyna Willow collided on the home turn checking Dyna Willow.  Quo Vadis checked off Dyna Willow  approaching the winning post.

Steel Show was quick to begin.  Super Venus was slow to begin.  Dub Me In and Orara George collided soon after the start checking Orara George.  Dub Me In and Coulta Daisy collided on the first turn checking Dub Me In.  Orara George and Kosi Can collided on the second turn.  Star Rashad checked off Stroke Of Luck in the back straight.  Orara George and Kosi Can collided in the back straight checking Orara George.  Kosi Can and Super Venus collided on the third turn and again approaching the home turn.  Dub Me In and Coulta Daisy collided entering the home straight.

Magic Potion and Allen Nate collided soon after the start.  Mineola County and Ozzie Bullet collided soon after the start.  Allen Nate, Ozzie Bullet, Super Rico and Cool Mikado collided approaching the first turn checking Ozzie Bullet.  Undercover Girl and Magic Potion collided on the first turn. Allen Nate, Super Rico and Cool Mikado collided on the first turn checking Super Rico, Nando Bale, Cool Mikado and Ozzie Bullet.  Magic Potion and Cool Mikado collided several times in the home straight.

Magic Potion was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right calf muscle, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Derby Ghost and Born Lightning collided soon after the start checking Born Lightning.  Bo Apache and Why Not Lizzie collided on the first turn. Daintree Dynasty and Born Lightning collided on the first turn.  Daintree Dynasty and Gold Affair Two collided on the home turn. 

Billy Rocket, Max Moon and Outlandish were slow to begin.  Mechatronic crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Waymore's Blues, Bodyline and Little Regus.  Little Regus and Billy Rocket collided approaching the first turn.  Waymore's Blues checked off Mechatronic approaching the first turn.  Bodyline and Billy Rocket collided on the first turn.  Little Regus raced wide approaching the second turn.  Waymore's Blues, Bodyline and Billy Rocket collided on the second turn checking Billy Rocket.  Outlandlish faltered entering the back straight and pulled up as a result.

Outlandish was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a fractured right hock, a 30 day stand down period was imposed.

Lektra Scarlett and Turkoglu collided approaching the second turn checking Turkoglu.

Dyna Tony, Gold Town and Kevin Bale collided on the second turn.  Dyna Tony checked off Kevin Bale entering the back straight.  Orthia Bale and Gold Town collided on the third turn.  Our Pale Ale checked off Kevin Bale on the home turn.  Our Pale Ale checked off Langi Bale in the home straight.

Veetee Turbo was slow to begin.  Schroder Bale crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Mepunga Geordie and Ethical Sauce.  Mepunga Geordie, Veetee Turbo and Schroder Bale collided on the first turn checking Veetee Turbo and Schroder Bale.  Ethical Sauce and Schroder Bale collided on the third turn.  Veetee Turbo and Schroder Bale collided entering the home straight and again in the home straight.

Rebelation, Bella Mikado and Danyo's Luke were slow to begin.  Bella Mikado and Danyo's Luke collided soon after the start.  Al Moran and Nothing Much collided soon after the start causing Al Moran to fall.  Danyo's Luke crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Bill Baillie, Nothing Much and Rebelation, causing Rebelation and Bella Mikado to collide.  Danyo's Luke checked off Proven Dash on the second turn.  Bill Baillie galloped on the heels of Proven Dash approaching the home turn causing Proven Dash to stumble, checking Nothing Much as a result.
