Allen Phanto was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a cramp.

Mr Jeff Galea was fined the sum of $50 for failing to ensure the registration card was produced for the greyhound Sisco Gillie pursuant to GAR 33.

Tron Bradman checked off Golden Swan soon after the start. Wally Walter. Cosmic Kiwi and Golden Swan collided on the first turn checking Golden Swan, Cosmic Kiwi and Hy Guard. Cosmic Kiwi checked off Golden Swan approaching the second turn causing Cosmic Kiwi to tail off.

Cosmic Kiwi was vetted following the event and after being re-vetted after race 11, it was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left wrist, right hamstring and right calf, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Be Two Bomber and Thermal Expanse were slow to begin. Emily Jane and Hilltop Senorita collided soon after the start checking Hilltop Senorita which collided with Be Two Bomber. Roo Dee, Invictus Ash, Be Two Bomber and Hilltop Senorita collided approaching the first turn checking Roo Dee and Be Two Bomber. Dark Spida and Invictus Ash collided on the first turn. Rage Bale faltered and pulled up on the second turn checking Invictus Ash, Hilltop Senorita and Thermal Expanse.

Rage Bale was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a fractured right hock and was humanely euthanised.

Scarlett Billy and Stan's Choice were slow to begin. Gamilla Go Girl, Quaint Bale and Lass Bale collided approaching the first turn. Zulu Retreat and Allen Marky collided several times from approaching the first turn to the first turn checking Zulu Retreat which brushed the running rail. Quaint Bale galloped on the heels of Lass Bale on the first turn. Gamilla Go Girl and Lass Bale collided approaching the second turn. Lass Bale checked off Dyna Priscilla approaching the second turn checking Quaint Bale. Allen Marky and Quaint Bale collided entering the back straight. Allen Marky galloped on the heels of Dyna Priscilla approaching the home turn checking Zulu Retreat and Scarlett Billy.

Stewards spoke to Mr G. Walker, the trainer of Bonjour Bonsoir regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Bonjour Bonsoir last raced on 12 May 2015. Mr. Walker stated that the greyhound is returning to racing after being in season.
