Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr G. Walker, the trainer of Bonjour Bonsoir regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Bonjour Bonsoir last raced on 12 May 2015. Mr. Walker stated that the greyhound is returning to racing after being in season.
A pre race sample was taken from Jokowi.
Aston Dawn, Morning Cruise and Ima Screw Loose collided on the first turn checking Jokowi and Morning Cruise. Morning Cruise checked off Jokowi on the second turn checking Bonjour Bonsoir. Bonjour Bonsoir and Morning Cruise collided approaching the home turn.
Morning Cruise was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right calf, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.
