Zulu Retreat was slow to begin. Silvertop crossed to the rail soon after the start. Dyna Rapidash, Cadence Bale and Sunlit Cobber collided soon after the start. Sketchy Max checked off Sunlit Cobber soon after the start. Sunlit Cobber and Dyna Rapidash collided on the first turn checking Dyna Rapidash. Cadence Bale and Sketchy Max collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Zelemar Doll and Zulu Retreat collided on the third turn checking Zelemar Doll. Nork and Zelemar Doll collided on the home turn.
