Alpha Hermes crossed to the outside approaching the first turn.  Zabdon Ferrari, Must Have and Tuxedo Black collided approaching the first turn.  Trip To Eden and Dream Edition collided approaching the first turn.  Myrniong Corner checked off Must Have on the first turn causing Myrniong Corner, Trip to Eden and Dream Edition to collide and severely checking all three greyhounds, Alpha Hermer raced wide as a result.

Wynburn Toozie was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the left triangle, hip and groin, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Where Art Thou and Snakebite Bale collided approaching the first turn.  Mepunga Tyler and Electromagnetic collided on the first turn severely checking Electromagnetic.  Ritza Lenny checked off One Samuel on the first turn.  Zamperini raced wide on the first turn.  Who Told Red and Ritza Lenny collided on the second turn checking Who Told Red and Where Art Thou.  Ritza Lenny and Snakebite Bale collided in the back straight.  Snakebite Bale checked off Electromagnetic on the third turn causing Ritza Lenny and Snakebite Bale to collide.  Where Art Thou clipped the heels of Snakebite Bale approaching the home turn.  Who Told Red and Where Art Thou collided on the home turn.

Zamperini was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left shoulder injury and right pencil soreness, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

One Hill and Matt Machine were slow to begin.

Shima Bar, Mitcharlie Mia and Kwazii collided on the first turn checking Kwazii and Eren Bale.  Shima Bar and Mitcharlie Mia collided approaching the second turn severely checking Mitcharlie Mia and Kwazii, Kwazii lost ground as a result.  Mitcharlie Mia checked off Kwazii approaching the home turn.  Shima Bar veered in and marred Split Image approaching the home turn and again on the home turn, Shima Bar was checked as a result.

Shima Bar was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a spike wound and left wrist sprain, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Split Image was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right quadriceps injury, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Mitcharlie Mia was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left bicep, right back muscle and left hock spike wound, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mrs A Dailly, the trainer of the greyhound Shima Bar, and Mr T Dailly regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the home turn. Acting under GAR 69(1) stewards charged Shima Bar with marring. Mrs Dailly pleaded not guilty to the charge, Shima Bar was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Sandown and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a )before any future nomination will be accepted.

Stewards issued a warning to Mr. T. Brett, the trainer of Split Image regarding the greyhound’s racing manners approaching the home turn.

Note: Greyhound 'Shima Bar' - RADB Appeal conducted 15/11/16. Appeal allowed. Penalties imposed pursuant to GAR 69(1) and GAR 69 (2) (a) lifted.

What's To like and Elite Shiraz were slow to begin.

Jay Jay Bee checked off Lemon Chicken approaching the first turn.  Sisco Swift and Lemon Chicken collided on the first turn severely checking Lemon Chicken and checking Miss Fox.  Jay Jay Bee checked off Elite Shiraz on the second turn.  Sisco Swift and Elite Shiraz collided approaching the home turn.  Lemon Chicken raced wide on the home turn checking Miss Fox.  Jay Jay Bee raced wide in the home straight.  Elite Shiraz veered in and marred Wet And Wild approaching the winning post.

Elite Shiraz was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right deltoid and right triangle injury, a 10 day stand down period was imposed. 

Stewards spoke to Mr M. Chilcott, the trainer of the greyhound Elite Shiraz regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the winning post. Acting under GAR 69(1) stewards charged Elite Shiraz with marring. Mr Chilcott pleaded guilty to the charge, Elite Shiraz was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Sandown and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Dr. Compulsion went up with the lids at box rise was very slow to begin (3lengths).  Jack's Rainbow, Invictus Lawless and Fast Azz El were slow to begin.
