Steward's Report
An Out of Competition Sample was taken from Kraken Nitro engaged in this event on 16 September 2015 pursuant to GAR 79A.
Emmett Ryker was slow to begin. Cro Cop and Arejay Belle collided soon after the start. Cro Cop and Zipping Tazz collided approaching the first turn. Cro Cop checked off Zipping Tazz on the first turn. Kraken Nitro, Arejay Belle, Cro Cop and Bruzzy Boucheau collided on the first turn, severely checking Kraken Nitro, Bruzzy Boucheau and Arejay Belle; causing all three greyhounds to lose considerable ground.
Kraken Nitro was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained lameness to the front right region, a twenty-eight day stand down period was imposed.
Arejay Belle was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
