Coolan Mist, Sacramento Sal and Money Come Back collided soon after the start checking Sacramento Sal and Money Come Back.  Shared Bonus and Coolan Mist collided on the first turn.  Sacramento Sal, Money Come Back and Johnny Mobster collided on the first turn.  Absolute Power, Coolan Mist and Shared Bonus collided on the second turn.  Gaelic Peter raced wide approaching the home turn.

Gaelic Peter was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Sir Bridgborn was slow to begin.

Dream Ticket and Dalgetty collided approaching the first turn.  Glitterbug, Gardsman and Midnight Ride collided approaching the first turn checking Gardsman.  Glitterbug, Midnight Ride, Eli's Jet, Sir Bridgborn, Dream Ticket, Dalgetty and Bronco De Jurer collided on the first turn severely checking all seven greyhounds and causing Eli's Jet to fall.  Dalgetty and Bronco De Jurer collided on the second turn checking Dalgetty.  Sir Bridgborn and Dalgetty collided on the home turn.

Eli's Jet was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Delta Daisy was quick to begin.

Coalville Tiger and Black Illusion collided soon after the start checking Coalville Tiger.  Headline, Pyromania, Black Illusion, Cashin' In and Delta Daisy collided on the first turn checking Delta Daisy, Cashin' In and Coalville Tiger.  Black Illusion checked off Pyromania approaching the home turn.

Coalville Tiger was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

A sample was taken from Get Up Dinozzo - winner of the event.

Palm Tee was slow to begin.

Montoey, Akando, Rules Apply and Vasile Boy collided approaching the first turn checking all four greyhounds.  Quizmaster and Bel Air Spice collided on the first turn.  Montoey and Akando collided entering the front straight severely checking Akando.  Vasile Boy and Palm Tee collided entering the front straight checking Palm Tee.  Montoey checked off Bel Air Spice entering the home straight.

A pre race sample was taken from Marley Bale.

Ikaku Bale and Repayments were slow to begin.

Jiggy Legs and Our Zayney Nash collided approaching the first turn.  Jiggt Legs, Someday Lady and Our Zayney Nash collided on the first turn.  Cut Loose Max and Neurological collided on the first turn.  Repayments, Someday Lady and Marley Bale collided on the third turn checking Someday Lady and Repayments.  Jiggy Legs checked off Our Zayney Nash approaching the home turn.

Stewards spoke to the trainer of Cut Loose Max  Mr. G. Howell regarding the greyhounds improve profromance. Mr Howell stated that the greyhound had been missing the start in its recent runs and with a better begining tonight the greyhound was able to preform to its best, stewards accepted Mr. Howell's explanation and directed that a sample be taken from the greyhound.

An Out of Competition Sample was taken from Alouette Magic engaged in this event on 17/09/2015 pursuant to GAR 79A.

Prince Django was slow to begin.

Prince Django, Zipping Geoff and Ninety Five collided approaching the first turn checking Zipping Geoff, Ninety Five and Alouette Magic.  Akina Akeira and Hession Boots collided approaching the home turn.

A sample was taken from Akina Akeira - winner of the event.

Allen Oregon, It's A Blast and Sisco Wake were slow to begin.

Cosmic Owl and Ringer collided approaching the first turn.  It's A Blast and sisco Wake collided on the first turn causing both greyhounds to race wide.  Waymore's Blues and Miss Monteya collided on the second turn.  Miss Monteya and Allen Oregon collided on the third turn.  Waymore's Blues checked off Ringer on the fourth turn.  Grand Legacy eased approaching the home turn checking It's A Blast and Miss Monteya.

Stewards spoke to Mr. P. Dapiran, the trainer of the greyhound Grand legacy regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the home turn Grand Legacy was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to left & right triceps, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.  Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged Grand Legacy with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr. P. Dapiran pleaded guilty to the charge, Grand Legacy was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a),  before any future nomination will be accepted. 

Stewards spoke to the trainer of Ringer  Mr. A. Debattista regarding the greyhound's improve profromance. Mr Debattista said the greyhound was better suited from an inside draw, stewards accepted Mr. Debattista's explanation and directed that a sample be taken from the greyhound.

A pre race sample was taken from Sisco Rage.

Dynamo's Gift, Chancy Be Smooth, Cosmic Wise and Rocka Hula Baby were slow to begin.

Dynamo's Gift, Chancy Be Smooth and Cosmic Wise collided soon after the start checking Chancy Be Smooth.  Sisco Rage and Fleetwood Zac collided approaching the first turn.  Lamia Bale and Sisco Rage collided on the first turn checking Sisco Rage.  Dynamo's Gift raced wide approaching the second turn.  Chancy Be Smooth and Sisco Rage collided on the second turn checking Sisco Rage.  Chancy Be Smooth and Sisco Rage collided on the home turn.

Elbow Room and Creative Karisma were slow to begin.

West On Delly raced wide on the first turn checking Who Told Red, Louisiana Lil, Elbow Room, Creative Karisma, Creative Karisma raced wide as a result.  Creative Karisma and Louisiana Lil collided on the third turn.

Stewards spoke to the trainer of Memphis Jookin'  Mr. J. Borg regarding the greyhounds improve profromance. Mr Borg stated that after the greyhounds last start at the meadows an injury was found and that this had been worked on and the greyhound had trailed well prior to tonights start, stewards accepted Mr. Borg's explanation and directed that a sample be taken from the greyhound.

An Out of Competition Sample was taken from Shazzle's Boy engaged in this event on 16/09/2015 pursuant to GAR 79A.

Master Tron was slow to begin.

Lead Into Demise, To The Galo's, El Surrao and One Dee collided soon after the start. To The Galo's chekced off Lead Into Demise approaching the first turn.  Master Tron and Rugall collided on the first turn and again approaching the second turn checking Rugall.  Shazzle's Boy and One Dee collided approaching the second turn.  Master Tron and To The Galo's collided on the second turn severely checking Master Tron, To The Galo's and Rugall with Rugall stumbling, To The Galo's tailling off and Master Tron falling as a result.  Lead Into Demise checked off El Surrao on the third turn.

Stewards spoke to trainer Mr. B. Briffa regarding his difficulty in boxing the greyhound Rugall.  Stewards directed that Rugall be boxed first in future events.

Master Tron was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right shoulder injury, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Rugall was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a graze to the left metacarpal, no stand down period was imposed.

To The Galo's was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left and right triceps injury, a 7 day stand down period was imposed. 

Flywheel Magic and Why Not Les collided soon after the start.  Nockabout Aussie, Moreira and Velloway collided soon after the start checking Moreira.  Conspiracy, Gary Doogan Nockabout Aussie and Moreira collided approaching the first turn checking Gary Doogan.  Moreira and Velloway collided on the first turn.  Conspiracy and Loud Lana collided on the first turn.  Loud Lana checked off Moreira in the back staright.  Moreira checked off Conspiracy in the back straight.  Gary Doogan and Flywheel Magic collided approaching the home turn.  Knockabout Aussie checked off Velloway in the home straight.  Flywheel Magic checked Moreira in the home straight.

Stewards spoke to the trainer of Why Not Les  Mr. G. Carter regarding the greyhounds improve profromance. Mr Carter stated that the greyhound had been suffering interference at it's recent starts and benefited from a clear run in tonight race, stewards accepted Mr. Carter's explanation and directed that a sample be taken from the greyhound.

Zelemar Storm was a late scratching at 2.17pm due to injury (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.

Sir Charleton was quick to begin.  Cousin Cosmo was slow to begin.

Cosmic Jewel checked off Sir Charleton soon after the start.  Agility, Noosa Jet and Cousin Cosmo collided on the first turn.  Cosmic Jewel and Macalister Sam collided approaching the second turn.  Agility and Drift Liner collided on the home turn.
