Steward's Report
Tashy Allen was a late scratching at 6:12PM by order of stewards. No stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke with T. Butt, trainer of Tashy Allen, regarding the circumstances pertaining to his failure to scratch the greyhound from tonight's meeting. Stewards charged T. Butt pursuant to GAR 86(o) for failing to scratch the greyhound, which in the opinion of stewards was negligent.
T. Butt pleaded guilty to the charge. T Butt was found guilty as charged and fined the sum of $200.
Lektra Candy was quick to begin.
Five Percent and Bardot Bale collided approaching the first turn checking Bardot Bale. Hoofla, Five Percent and Orthia Bale collided approaching the first turn checking Five Percent and Hoofla. Five Percent raced wide on home turn and entering the home straight.
Five Percent was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left tricep and a spike wound to the left hind. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.
