Steward's Report
Trias was slow to begin. Yipy Mississippi and Zipping Jock collided soon after the start. Zipping Jock checked off Calm Bliss on the first turn. Zipping Jock and Calm Bliss collided approaching the home turn. Cosmic George and Yipy Mississippi collided on the home turn severely checking Cosmic George.
Cosmic George was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to its right monkey muscle. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
Trias, which trailled the field throughout the event, was vetted following the event and after being re-vetted following event 6, it was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to its right wrist and right elbow. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
