Parched was slow to begin. Bluey's Luck veered out at box rise and collided with Premier Magic who was consequently checked. Chad's Chucky checked off White Gold at the 275m mark. Premier Magic checked off Bluey's Luck at the 275m mark. Premier Magic and Parched collided at the 250m mark. Erica Black checked off Chad's Chucky at the 100m mark. Parched checked off Premier Magic at the 100m mark. Parched and Bluey's Luck collided approaching the winning post.
