Unbound crossed to the rail approaching the first turn, checking Earl Bale, Let It Develop and Scenic Shot. Glitterbug and Vapour Lee collided approaching the home turn, checking both greyhounds. Glitterbug galloped on the heels of Vapour Lee approaching the home turn, checking Glitterbug and Scenic Shot and severely checking Vapour Lee. Glitterbug and Unbound collided entering the home straight, checking Unbound. Glitterbug and Vapour Lee collided in the home straight, checking both greyhounds. Dyna Tiber and Let It Develop raced wide in th early part of the home straight.
Vapour Lee was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
