Pursuant to GAR 104 (6) Starter Mr J Campbell did not act in any official capacity for this event.
Duomo Bale was a late scratching at 6.41pm due to weight variation(GAR 39).A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer T Mitchell was fined the sum of $100.
Ravager Bale was slow to begin. Zany Bale checked off Tywin Bale approaching the first turn. Spring Missile crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Sheoak Blue Boy. Tywin Bale, Sheoak Blue Boy and Tarn Star collide on the first turn checking Sheoak Bale and Tarn Star.. Zany Bale galloped on the heels of Tarn Star approaching the home turn severely checking Tarn Star which faltered and tailed off.
Tarn star was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left wrist strain and lacerations to the left toes, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
